Nutrition is Central is a privately owned food and nutrition consulting company that specializes in providing persons living with psychiatric illnesses individually designed, nutritionally balanced meal plans and nutrition counseling.  We also provide consultation, menus, meal plans, educational materials, and training to groups, adult foster care and group homes for the mentally impaired.  Nutrition is Central also provides food and nutrition consulting to a variety of health care settings and the food service industry.
